As of now, Chengyi has two warehouses. It gradually expanded from the initial 400 square meters to 2,000 square meters. Due to the growth of Chengyi over the years, orders have continued to increase, and large areas are needed for stacking goods and packing workers, so at the beginning of this year, we rented a two-kilometer warehouse. Now the warehouse area is facing a shortage again. As the warehouse area gradually increases, it also shows that Chengyi has developed rapidly in recent years.

As soon as you enter the warehouse, you will see our various goods packaging. In order to meet the various requirements of our customers, we have purchased a large number of cartons, pallets, ton bags and special transparent bags in advance to facilitate packaging. 

Next is our packing area. The packer is packing the external hexagonal bolts ordered by the customer, putting a transparent bag in the carton, adding desiccant, and weighing it according to the weight of a small box of 25kg. After all the small cartons are packed, put them into the large cartons, place the pallets, wrap them in plastic and pull them into the delivery area. Products such as stud bolts will be put into an appropriate number according to customer requirements and carton size, while relatively large products such as screws will be specially packaged to protect the products from damage during transportation.

Next to it are the products we have produced waiting for packaging, including blue and white zinc external hexagonal bolts, internal hexagonal bolts and wheel bolts, etc. In order to ensure the quality of the products received by customers, our company specially purchased quality inspection machines. After the product production is completed, the same batch of goods will be randomly inspected in the quality inspection area, and tensile testing can also be performed.

Then our second warehouse is mainly used to store products to be shipped. They are discharged according to the scheduled loading time. After the number and country are compiled, they are affixed to the pallet for later shipment inspection.
