Packing and packaging is an important step in completing customer order requirements. During the packaging process, products need to be packaged in designated packaging according to customer requirements and meet certain weight requirements.

1. Packing
There are multiple packers in the warehouse, and appropriate packaging boxes or bags need to be selected according to the packaging requirements of each order. Among them, our packaging includes cartons, ton bags, transparent bags, etc. Since each customer's order is different, the packaging requirements are also different. During the packaging process, it is necessary to ensure that the product weight requirements are met. Our packers will pack carefully to ensure that the weight of the products in each carton is accurate. The most important thing is that we will specifically place desiccant in the carton to ensure the quality requirements of the product. The most important thing is that we will try our best to meet all the packaging requirements of our customers. Finally, the products will be packaged uniformly with the help of a packaging machine.

2. Packing
After meeting the customer's packaging requirements, the packaging will be carried out according to the packaging weight and size requirements. For fasteners packaged in bags, since the fasteners have been well packed in plastic bags or kraft paper bags, when packing, put the bagged fasteners neatly and compactly into the packaging box, and close the box lid after filling. , put the _L label on the box. Rubber fasteners must be placed loosely when packed into boxes. Squeezing, pressing, forced stuffing, and folding and twisting of parts are not allowed. Some customers may need wooden pallets, which will be added at the end to prevent the bottom from getting wet and protect the product packaging.
After the packer completes the packing and places the packing list, the packer confirms that it is correct, seals and packs the box. If the customer requires bagging, bagging will be done according to the customer's requirements.

3.Delivery
  After the products are packed into boxes, the packers will stack the packed boxes in the designated area. The salesperson contacts the logistics vehicle, and the logistics team leader arranges for daily loading and delivery. Before loading, according to the gift order and urgent order first, and then according to the first-in, first-out principle, copy the box number to be shipped. After finishing, hand it over to the driver and arrange the order of loading the boxes. After arranging the order, the packer pulls the boxes next to the truck and loads them one by one in the arranged order. During loading, the driver and logistics team leader should check whether the quantity shipped by each customer is consistent with the number of copied boxes. After loading is completed, the logistics team leader hands over the delivery and loading list to the driver.

At present, our warehouse has completed packaging and preparation for shipment to countries such as Brazil, Cruzeiro, Peru, Russia and Ecuador.
